Need help with the earbuds I purchased thru QVC.

I think the earbuds I purchased cannot be paired with the cell phone that I have. I have Android LG Stylo 4 . Went into the settings and I do not see where the bluetooth has Ultra. If it does not should I return the earbuds. Thanks for your input.
